Team Building
We keep organising workshops from time to time both for team members of the organisation as well for other stakeholders in our work. These workshops serve as spaces for collective learning and dialogue towards capacity building. The workshops are designed not merely as training sessions but as occasions for thoughtful exchange. They create opportunities to reflect on field experiences, examine new challenges, and engage with ideas and practices that can deepen our understanding of the realities faced by people living in conditions of destitution. Through discussions and collaborative exercises, participants share insights from their work and learn from one another. In this way, workshops contribute to improve the effectiveness and quality of interventions carried out in the field.
At Sam-Haq Trust, we also organise retreats for team members from time to time. These retreats provide a dedicated space for reflection, team building, and collective review of our work. Unlike workshops, retreats focus more on stepping back from daily field responsibilities to reflect on our experiences, challenges, and achievements. They create opportunities for team members to strengthen relationships, discuss organisational goals, and think together about future strategies. Through open conversations and reflective sessions, retreats help build trust within the team and support a deeper understanding of our shared mission. In this way, retreats contribute to strengthening teamwork and improving the overall direction and impact of our work.
